Habitat for Humanity Restore accepts donations of new and gently used residential building supplies and household furniture. (They say: “If it’s in good enough condition to give to a friend or relative, or it’s something your contractor would reuse, it’s probably good enough to donate.”) There are two drop-off locations — both in KCMO: 4701 Deramus Avenue and 303 W. 79th Street.
